Due to the huge number of foreigners wishing to legalize their stay in Poland, in order to simplify and speed up the application procedure, a new service has been introduced - electronic queue for issuing a residence card. So far this possibility exists only for 3 cities of the Lower Silesia Voivodship, namely for Wrocław, Legnica and Jelenia Góra. Please note that this is only an appointment for a personal visit, not an online application.

Registration for applying for a residence card

You can apply for a residence card on the official website. The link to go to https://wizyta.duw.pl/.

Online registration is done as follows:

Filling in the form when applying for a residence card

Without it you will not be able to get the PIO code, and it will be required when filling out the form. The PIO code (Numer wniosku) is a personal code assigned to each specific application.

Algorithm of filling out the form:

  1. Enter your personal data (surname, first name, passport series and/or number, date of birth, address, e-mail) in the appropriate fields. Give your consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the appropriate box and click “send”.
